Friday's Letters

Pin It Now!

Dear Summer, you are going by so fast. Pleeeeeeeease slow down. We have birthday parties, another graduation party {does that make five this summer?}, a bridal shower, and a wedding. Here's the kicker. All within the next 3 weeks. Dear self, I know you are going to want to make handmade cards for all five events, but that is probably not realistic nor efficient time wise. Go to Target already. Dear Mr., you made dinner for us the other night and I could have eaten you up for being so sweet. For some reason food tastes better when you're not the one having to cook it. Dear Fur Baby, I don't know how you get cuter by the day. You are so goofy and sweet. You make me so happy. I know you love that mama is home with you, but baby bear there is a little change around the corner. I have faith you will adjust well. Dear God, knowing you is better than anything this world offers. I love drawing near to you because you draw near to me. Thanks for being a part of my everyday life. You really showed up this week and blessed me in big and small ways.

  2. If only summer would slow down right!? I can't believe we're already half way through July. Crazy!

& Target is an excellent choice, love that place. Good luck coming out with only the cards you went in for!

  4. Summer really does need to slow down! I am not ready for it to end. Furbabies are the best and food cooked by the Mr? Yum! I do most of the cooking for the fiance and I. But during the summer, he is the grill master so he makes a good deal of dinners and it tastes SO good! Also I love that letter to God. Beautiful!

    Happy Weekend!

  5. Your blog is so sweet! Loved it the second I got here. And I'm with you on wanting to make home-made invitations (and everything else) for every event. It is a sickness, really.
