bits of splendor monday
This is my first time linking up with Laura to share the Bits of Splendor I found in our weekend.

Best Banana Bread

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mashed banana (about 2)
chocolate chips

Beat butter and sugar in bowl. Add eggs. When combined, stir in mashed bananas. Set aside.
In separate bowl combine flour, soda and salt, add to banana mixture, stiring until just combined.
Sprinkle in desired amount of chocolate chips.

Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

Enjoy!

Reese's Pieces Brownies

1 box brownie mix
Reese's Pieces candies

Make and bake brownie mix according to package directions.
A couple minutes before brownies are done sprinkle with candy pieces.
Make sure to press them into the brownies, gently.

Cool completely before cutting.

Enjoy!
