Do you like bruschetta? Good. We can be friends. Keep reading.

Do you dislike bruschetta? It's ok. We can still be friends. Keep reading too. I will make a believer out of you before we're through.

You see, this is not your average bruschetta recipe.

Take a look.

 Bruschetta

1 french baguette, sliced
1 clove garlic
olive oil
farmers cheese {or mozzarella}, thickly sliced
tomatoes, roughly diced or one thick slice {fresh from your garden if you can}
fresh basil, chiffonade {again, fresh from the garden is best}

Here's where this bruschetta gets extra special.
Grill both sides of the sliced bread until crisp.
Rub a clove of garlic on top of one side. On the same side, brush on a little olive oil.
 Time to pile on the good stuff.
Top with one slice cheese, tomato, and ribbons of basil.

Enjoy this perfect summer treat!

Thanks Mama for introducing me to this yummy recipe!
